William Klein

Celebrated as much as a fashion photographer as he is as a street photographer, Klein is yet another New Yorker who has taken to the streets and found something special about humanity with his camera.

Klein's images have a very focused feels probably due to the tight cropping and how some objects within the images aren't all there. The odd missing head or arm adds an feeling of motion and of busyness that makes you feel like you are only seeing part of the story and I like it.

There is a lot of motion in these image and they aren't all necessarily 'perfect' but that doesn't matter, it provides a feeling of honesty and realism.
