Comics!

Comics, I think doing a photographic comic book is the way forwards. Having recently re-watched 300 and Sin City I decided that a comic book illustrated with photographs would be a good idea. Looking at the  frames from those film I believe it to be wholly possible.

The main problem I would have with doing a comic book. Would be the story, or current lack of in my case. Oh, and the lack of actors. And the time it would take to photograph and photoshop the whole thing together. Hmmm. Will need careful planning.

These are a slight visuals test that I did just to see what I could do, and what kind of imagery I could create that would fit with the comica book style. These were taken at a screening of what was meant to be a live projection from space. The DVD menu the was accidentally shown before the image kind of gave it away, congratulations UCLan. I do really like the sullen and dark aesthetic I've got going on here. The sun was just setting behind the buildings so these images were shot at a very high ISO to keep the shutter speed slow as I wasn't using a tripod, for two reasons the first being that I didn't want people to pay too much attention to me and secondly because I couldn't find my quick release plate. I think I should go write some story.
